By creating an account or using ZapStudio Network, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use ZapStudio Network.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- One person per account. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Logging in from drastically different countries may flag your account for review.
3. Acceptable Use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access beyond intended use.
- No abuse of the reward-ad system, redeem codes, or APIs.
- No illegal activity, harassment, or violation of YouTube's Terms.
4. Premium Subscriptions
- Premium plans grant additional features for the period purchased.
- Premium time earned via reward ads stacks with paid time.
- Subscriptions are billed up-front and renew only if explicitly enabled.
5. Redeem Codes
Redeem codes are single-use unless otherwise specified, non-transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud or abuse. Codes have no cash value.
6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of premium access, all purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or in clear cases of service failure.
7. Personal API Keys
Premium users may supply their own YouTube Data API key. You are solely responsible for its quota and proper use under Google's terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the reward system, or show signs of multi-account/IP fraud, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimer
ZapStudio Network is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. YouTube data is provided by third parties and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapStudio Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
